ACH Authorization Agreement
By checking this associated link, you authorize the First National Bank of Granbury (FNB) to initiate debit entries to transfer funds in the amount(s) specified from your account(s) indicated, on the date(s) you selected, at the depository institution you indicated. You agree that ACH transaction(s) authorized herein shall comply with all applicable U.S. laws.
You hereby authorize FNB to initiate any entries necessary to correct any errors in processing the debit entry. If you elect to set up recurring payments, you agree the debit entries will continue for the amount and date you indicated until you give FNB written notice, at the following address, of your decision to discontinue the recurring payment.
FNB may cancel this authorization at any time. Otherwise, this authorization will remain in full force and effect until FNB receives written notice from you at 101 E. Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048 and said cancellation shall be effective five (5) business days after receipt of said notice.
