FNB Mobile Touch ID
Touch ID is Apple's biometric fingerprint authentication technology. Touch ID uses your fingerprint as another quick, convenient and secure way to access FNB Mobile Banking and it's available right now!
- Touch ID Requires an Apple iPhone 5s or higher using IOS 8 or higher operating system
- Touch ID also needs to be enabled in your iPhone settings
- You need to be registered for FNB Mobile Banking - if you are not registered, log in to your FirstNet Online Banking account to do so
- The FNB Mobile App needs to be installed on your iPhone and must be version 3.4.6 or higher.
Just a few simple steps to enable your Touch ID access. When asked if you would like to use the Touch ID service choose Yes. Sign off and completely close your FNB Mobile App. The next time the app is opened you will have the ability to sign in with Touch ID. Using Touch Id to enter Mobile Banking is an inquiry only mode, you will be prompted for User Id and Password to make any Transfers or Pay Bills.
